Juarez Shooting Leaves Two Dead and Three Seriously Injured

A mother and her two children are being treated at Thomason Hospital after their family was gunned down in Juarez. They were rushed by ambulance after driving to the Zaragoza bridge just after 8 o'clock Thursday night. The three were wounded when gunmen opened fire on their car in east Juarez.

Daniel Hernandez, 40, and 12-year old Ignacio Melero-Hinjosa died at the scene. The two surviving children are said to be American citizens. Their mother is a legal U.S. resident and is reportedly pregnant. Their conditions have not been released.
