$36 million lotto ticket sold in small Texas city

Some lucky person in the tiny town of Cuero, Texas bought the winning ticket of the Texas Lottery jackpot, valued at more than $36 million.

"This is Cuero. There has never been a winner here in Cuero, Texas," said Cuero town councilman Doyle Cruz. Cruz is hoping whoever won the jackpot invests in the community.

So far, though, the mysterious mega-millionaire is laying low.
