EL PASO — Voters next week will be asked to approve several Quality of Life bonds in El Paso. All this week on Newschannel 9 we'll be taking a closer look at the issues before voters. Proposition One pertains to parks, recreation, open space, zoo improvements, and senior centers. It's a $245 million bond. Voters haven't been asked to approve improvements to parks and the zoo on this scale since 2000.
