Two people were stabbed in the Lower Valley and police say the neighbor did it.
Police haven't released many details in this case but neighbors we spoke to say the home where the incident happened is known for its problems.

According to neighbors the home is known for having house parties and police have been called out many times to break up fights. Around 2:00 AM police were called out after a neighbor allegedly stabbed 2 people, a 22 year-old female and a 21 year-old male.

According to jail records, police have arrested 30 year-old Fortino Monclova Junior. Monclova lived across the street and has been charged with burglary of a habitation.

Neighbors who live in this neighborhood told Newschannel 9 they're worried for their safety.

"It trips me out so I mean I tell my uncle to close the gates and make sure the doors are locked when he's home alone or when I am at work," Ray Trevino said.

"Well it just tells you that it's not safe, the neighborhood is not safe, and so we have to keep an eye on each other," Another neighbor who did not want to be identified said.

The suspect, Fortino Monclova Junior is being held on $100,000 bond.

Police say the two stabbing victims were transported to a hospital and are expected to survive.
