There's also new information on a deadly crash that happened early yesterday morning on I-10.

Police say a tractor trailer hit Cesar Zamarron shortly after the 19 year-old got out of his car.

It happened around 2:30 a.m. near the Raynolds exit.

Zamarron's family tells Newschannel Nine that he was a student at Sunset Heights.

Police did not charge the driver of the tractor trailer.
