A 19 year-old man died early Sunday morning after he got out of his car and was hit by an oncoming tractor trailer.

Cesar Zamarron exited a car that was parked on the shoulder lane of the I-10 freeway.

The tractor trailer was driven by 61 year-old Harlen Ware.
