At least 14 people have been killed during the past 24 hours in Juarez.
Eight people were killed early Monday morning when gunmen opened fire in a bar.
Chihuahua State officials said three others were hospitalized following the attack.
Six other people were killed in separate shootings Sunday afternoon.
Three men were found at the entrance of a road supermarket on the edge of Juarez.
Police say the bodies were riddled by bullets and officers believe the victims were taken by surprise.
The other shootings took place in Downtown Juarez.
More than 13-hundred people have been killed so far this year.
