Monday,  June 18, 2007 - Spending for the super rich is booming. Everything from yachts, to shoes, to purses seem to be skyrocketing.

These items topped 150 billions dollars last year.

30% of that money was spent in the United States alone.

The spending even goes to such little things like ink pens.

A company sold a ruby, diamond and sapphire encrusted pen last year for $700,000.
