The Instabulb says "No outlet or wiring needed," but does it deliver on it's promise? Mark Mathis puts it to the test.

The "crypton technology" and "shatter-proof" exterior allows users to shed some light and watch tv, use it for camping, in the basement, and during power outages.

The exterior also stays cool. You just stick it on a wall and pull the string, and you've got light.

The Instabulb requires 4 AA batteries.

Mark Mathis gives the Instabulb a thumbs up.
