- 3 oz. Linguine
- 4 Green Mussel
- 4 Shrimp 13/15
- Pieces of Crab
- 1 oz. Of Olive Oil
- 2 oz. of Butter
- 1 teaspoon of Garlic
- 4 oz. of White Wine
- Salt & Pepper

Grilled Salmon
- 8 oz. Salmon Steak
- 1/2 Cup of Chopped Mango
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Cilantro
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Red Onion
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Jalapeño
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Red Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Green Pepper
- 1/2 Cup of Honey
- 1/4 Cup of Orange Juice
- Salt & Pepper
