Most Wanted Fugitive Arrested

EL PASO- Sunland Park Police have confirmed the arrest of a man wanted for the alleged extortion of a Juarez businessman.
We're told Federal agents were in on the arrest of 44-year Javier Tarrango in El Paso Monday night.
Tarrango along with 59-year-old Rogelio Arzate, 34-year-old Rogelio Arzate Amos, and 22-year-old Abraham Arzate are charged with extortion, robbery and conspiracy.
Police say the victim is a Mexican national, but conducted business in Sunland Park.
According to police, the four men robbed the victim and threatened to kill him in Juarez if he did not pay $10,000 dollars.
Tarrango was on the U.S. Marshal's most wanted list and is being held as a fugitive.
