EL PASO- The hearing resumes tomorrow for a man convicted of a double murder he says he didn't commit.

It’s the case of Daniel Villegas, who is in prison for 17 years after confessing to shooting and killing two El Pasoans. He says a detective forced him into confessing the crime. This hearing will determine whether Villegas deserves a re-trial.
