EL PASO- Top honors for UTEP President Diana Natalicio as Mexico will give her the Mexican Order of the Aztec eagle during a ceremony on Monday.

It’s Mexico’s highest decoration for foreign nationals. Natalicio is being recognized for providing access to thousands of Mexican and Mexican-American students at UTEP.

Why not? JUTEP is number one in the eyes of any south of the border national.

You get free education, a job, and even an incentive of $2500 every six months from your home country so why not go to JUTEP.
