EL PASO- It's been an eyesore for over a month. Cable wires left out in the open in front of one man's Westside home are driving him crazy.

So he called NewsChannel 9 for help.

Earl Kimmel says Time Warner Cable tried to fix a cable box in front of his home. They ran a 170 foot cable from his box to his neighbors, and then left the exposed wire on the street.
