Three El Paso Teens Arrested for Tagging

EL PASO -- Two 13-year-old boys and one 14-year-old boy were arrested yesterday evening for tagging a water reservoir, according to El Paso Police.


An officer noticed the teens tagging with a marker around 7:30 p.m. in the 900 Block of Carolina.


The teens were detained and the case has been turned over the the Juvenile Probation Department.

I hope that the juveniles and their parents get 6 months of community service, picking up trash and pulling weeds, cleaning other tagged areas in El Paso and make them pay restitution for damage of property. If they want to tag, they should do it in thier own homes.

Dumb kids, even dumber parents for letting their kids do what they want and dress like thugs. Some idiots even PROMOTE their kids to get into gangs. Well, not very many people know about the El Paso Graffiti online report form, which dispatches the graffiti removal team into action to remove graffiti all around town. I always use it and I've noticed a huge decrease in the amount of graffiti in my area. It is totally anonymous too...
