El Paso- It looks like it's already shaping up to be a bad flu season.
The El Paso Department of Health has 12-hundred cases reported and confirmed in the county since the flu season began in September. Typically the flu season will last into March.
Don't think because we're having a mild winter so far, doesn't mean you're less likely to get those classic symptoms: the runny nose, head and body aches and of course the fever.
It's National Influenza Vaccination Week. On December 5, at all the DPH health centers in El Paso, free flu shots for the kids. Ages 6-months to 18-years. Call 915-771-5822
