Salvation Army Kicks Off Red Kettle Campaign

You know the holiday season has begun when you see the kettles and hear the bells. The Salvation Army kicked off its famous Red Kettle Campaign this week. But bell ringers will only accept cash and change this year. The charity experimented with credit card machines last holiday season in hopes it would make it easier for people to donate. The Salvation Army will still accept plastic on its web site.
