EL PASO- The northbound to southbound Rojas Turnaround at Joe Battle Blvd is closed and will continue closed through Thursday, October 20.

This is the turnaround that goes northbound at Joe Battle, underneath Loop 375, and then continues southbound.

Traffic will still be able to make a u-turn, but not at the actual Turnaround. Traffic will make the turnaround at the traffic signal. New drill shafts will be constructed during this time frame.
