EL PASO - El Paso has a new way to stay informed about the crime happening in the city.

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office and BAIR Analytics Inc. partnered to provide RAIDS, an online crime map that analyzes crime data in the county. Citizens are able to sign up for neighborhood watch reports that automatically email a breakdown of recent crime activity, and submit an anonymous tip about a crime directly to their law enforcement agency.

RAIDS Online automatically syncs with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office’s records system to keep crime information updated online and in the mobile application. The data is displayed with 8 fields of limited offense information to protect victim’s privacy.

With the street address, there is no privacy for the victim.
It's like when the police come around and ask the homeowner if they want to "Press Charges" against the gang and persons that graffitti their house.
Oh sure, so the gang will know who filed charges and the lawyer for the gang will GIVE THEM, by way of depositions, YOUR HOME ADDRESS and name.

@El Paso Events, we just now posted the website that was released, for the public to review.
