EL PASO – Police have charged 22-year-old Efrain Quintana with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after he stabbed a woman during an argument.

Police say the victim was 20-year-old Angie Vega, Quintana’s girlfriend. In addition, the police say Quintana was in possession of a small amount of cocaine and had two outstanding traffic warrants at the time of his arrest. Quintana was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on a total bond of $11,343.20.
