EL PASO- A judge has sentenced one of the major players in the ongoing FBI corruption probe.

Adrian Peña pleaded guilty two years ago and received a term of more than 6-years. The judge also ordered him to pay a $250,000 fine.


In 2004, Pena agreed to remodel a county commissioner's home if commissioners gave him a construction contract.


He also admitted bribing an El Paso Independent School District board member to secure contracts with the school district.

Not suprising since this is El Paso County. There is alot more corruption if one just looks for it. People should pay mor attention to the white collar crimes of our officials in power. It is time for reform.
