SOCORRO- Get ready to see the Borderland on the big screen. The city of Socorro is home to a new movie that's being filmed.

It called Manos: The Search for Valley Lodge, and it's actually a sequel to a movie that came out in the 60's. It features some big trucks and actors including a former WWE wrestler. We caught up with the stars and asked about their characters.

"I realize that I can't go on with my life until I face the demons that have destroyed my family so I come back to El Paso to search for my family and the evil master that took them," says Jackey Neyman Jones, actress.

"I can't tell you too much because I don't want to let the cat out of the bag so to speak, but I'm basically in pursuit of my wife and my little girl who have gone missing," Gene Snisky, actor.

The crew will be filming in the El Paso area for a few more days. As for when the movie will come out, a date has not been set yet, but of course, we'll let you know.

I hope this movie features people being killed by having a rusty tailpipe waved in front of them.
