EL PASO- A man wanted for participating in a double homicide in Socorro is the target of this week’s Manhunt Monday.

Joe Ivan Alarcon, 30, of El Paso is accused of the capital murder of two men outside the A&M Bar in Socorro in June 2009.

Alarcon and the victims were in a verbal dispute inside the bar, which led to a confrontation outside the bar and resulted in both victims being fatally shot.

The gunman, 31-year-old Ricardo Zuniga, also remains on the run.
