EL PASO- This week’s Manhunt Monday target is a man accused of a violent sexual assault on a woman last Thursday morning.

Police say Christian Elhiu Montalvo, 30, met a woman at a bar and took her back to his home where he used a knife to cut the woman’s throat before sexually assaulting her. Montolvo released the woman after the assault and she was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Montolvo used a blue, 1997 Ford Explorer during the incident, but also drives a mid 1990’s green, Ford Contour without tinted windows. He is described as a Hispanic Male 5’11”, 165lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.
