EL PASO— Another Manhunt Monday fugitive is now in custody.
 

Emmanuel Elizalde surrendered to deputies this morning. He was wanted on Arson charges. Read the earlier story here.

Elizalde was also wanted on unrelated charges for Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Unauthorized absence from a community Correctional Facility.
