EL PASO - The man accused of killing two teens and sending a third to the hospital in a drunk driving crash is in jail.

Hector Tellez, 32, is charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter. Police say he was drunk when he slammed into the teens on Loop 375 Friday night.

The accident happened after Mark Dobbs, 17, had car trouble and pulled over to the side of the road. John Cervoni, 16, and Aaron Carrillo, 16, stopped to help him out. That's when police say Tellez slammed into both cars. Cervoni and Carrillo were killed, Dobbs was sent to the hospital.

There's no word on Dobbs is doing.

BY THE WAY HE IS OUT ON BOND!!!

JACKASS! I HOPE TEXAS' FRYS YOUR DUMBASS!!!

MAYBE something MIGHT have been done. but so far the only ones who've done ANYTHING about dwi issue are us. Us: the teens and youth of the community. Izzy planned a benefit show and started a petition and we've all done our fundraising part and are still continuing to do so. We're going to fix El Paso because we want a better future, our kids shouldn't have to feel the pain we did when this piece of shit too Jon and Aaron. it isn't fair.
