EL PASO- Police have arrested a man accused of stealing a motorcycle on April 29.

On May 19, the Auto Theft Task Force recovered a 2008 Kawasaki motorcycle stolen by 22-year-old Troy Thrasher.

Thrasher took the motorcycle for a test drive on April 29 and failed to return it. Later the same day, Thrasher was involved in a traffic collision while driving the motorcycle.

He has been booked into the El Paso County Jail on the charge of Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle. Bond is set at $25,000.
