El Paso- Police have arrested and charged a man with making and distributing crack cocaine.

Fernando Martinez, 40, was stopped for a traffic violation when found 56 baggies filled with crack cocaine. The total weight of the crack cocaine was 33.4 grams. He was booked into the El Paso County Jail on bonds totaling $30,000.00.
