EL PASO- Here's your first look at the suspected drunk driver who caused a crash and a whole lot of chaos in central El Paso.
30-year-old Jaime Hinojos is now charged with DWI.

Police say Hinojos crashed into an SUV parked outside a home on Grant last Tuesday evening. They say he then tried to escape by driving the wrong way down Grant. He almost crashed into a house, Hinojos is like many other drivers we've told you about lately- he has two DWI convictions on his record.

What is the law concerning drunk driving in El Paso? Most states these days have a "third time you are out" arrangement whereas if you are convicted three times for drunk driving you wind up in prison for a mighty long time...no exceptions. Why do I guess that we must not have such a law?
