EL PASO-A man accused of killing a mother and daughter has plead not guilty today.

El Paso Police say 21 year-old Christian Alberto Martinez got offended when 20 year-old Jovana Flores jogged by him in her neighborhood back in February.

Investigators say he forced his way inside her home and stabbed both Jovana and and her 58 year-old mother, Amalia Flores to death.

Martinez went into another room and tried to take his own life but was found by police and treated at a local hospital.
