EL PASO- Looks like Tom Brown is not the only pastor upset with the City of El Paso. Pastor Warren Hoyt of Jesus Chapel has filed a lawsuit against El Paso.

According to court documents, Pastor Hoyt claims the city violated church members' constitutional rights by threatening legal action against Tom Brown Ministries. Hoyt is also suing Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott claiming his interpretation of Texas Election Law violates the constitution. The City of El Paso has until December 8th to respond to the lawsuit.
