Las Cruces Utility Bills Arrive Late, No Late Fees Assessed

LAS CRUCES- If you still haven’t received your City of Las Cruces utility bill, it is arriving late due to system and mechanical malfunctions.

When your bill does arrive, it may have a past due date, however the City of Las Cruces assures residents they will not be assessed a late fee. The City offers many easy, convenient and quick ways to pay your bill:

• Online through our secure ePay service at www.las-cruces.org
• Online through your personal bank
• By phone at 1-866-426-9757
• At any of our nine Western Union locations
o Mr. Payroll at 1305 S. Solano Drive
o Lowes Foods #58 at 1410 E. Missouri Avenue
o Lowes Fiesta Foods #57 at 2180 N. Main Street
o Ace Cash Express #2229 at 2300 N. Main Street
o Mr. Payroll at 2121 N. Main Street
o Elks Conoco at 3041 N. Main Street
o Quick Check at 161 E. Madrid Avenue
o Chucky’s Convenient Mart at 800 E. Thorpe Road (in Deming)

Work is underway to remedy the situation and the bills will be distributed as soon as possible. The City of Las Cruces apologizes for any inconvenience.
