Las Cruces Schedules for Spring After School Program
LAS CRUCES- The City of Las Cruces will be accepting payment for the spring semester from current After School Program participants.
Payment for the spring session will be accepted at Meerscheidt Recreation Center, 1600 Hadley St., from Monday, November 28th through Friday, December 16th from 12-8 p.m. The spring session will be held January 4th to May 22nd at the following school sites:
• Hermosa Heights Elementary
• Conlee Elementary
• Alameda Elementary
• Highland Elementary
• Fairacres Elementary
• Monte Vista Elementary.
Cost is $258 per child. Since the fall lottery counted for both the fall and spring sessions, current participants will be given first option to pay until December 16, 2012. After that date, registration and payment will be opened to the public until enrollment has reached maximum capacity. If full payment is not made by this deadline the participant’s placement will be forfeited. No partial payments will be accepted. A copy of birth certificate must be provided at time of payment.
No telephone registrations accepted. Acceptable payment methods include cash, personal checks, cashier’s check, money orders, traveler’s checks, major credit cards (VISA, Discover or Master Card). No debit cards. Program sites and dates may be subject to change.
