A case of suspected child abuse has landed a two-year-old Las Cruces boy in the hospital. Police there say his mother's boyfriend threw the boy down a hallway, because the boy refused to get dressed. Jason Narvaez has been charged with child abuse. The boy suffered serious injuries including a skull fracture.
