Las Cruces Launches "Ask the City" Website for Residents
LAS CRUCES- The City of Las Cruces has launched a new online service request form for residents. The form, available at www.askthecity.org, allows the public and neighborhood groups to contact the city regarding issues, concerns or utility emergencies.
Through several “drop down files”, residents can click on the type of service/issue needed and provide the necessary contact information. A city staff member will receive the request and respond quickly and appropriately. Service/issues vary from utility emergencies to questions regarding neighborhoods, bill payment, pot holes and more.
The new service, directly linked to the City of Las Cruces Strategic Plan, is the result of city council’s desire to simplify interaction between and public and the City and to expedite requested responses back from municipal government.
