Key Mexican Cartel Member Arrested

JUAREZ- The Mexican Army says they arrested a key member of the Juarez cartel.

Jesus Antonio Chavero was arrested in Chihuahua City by soldier earlier this week. He also goes by Luis Flores Diaz. He apparently took the place of El Diego, who was arrested for the murder of a consulate worker and sheriff's jailer in El Paso last year. Chavero once worked for the Mexico state police before joining the Juarez cartel.

They seem to arrest a 'key leader' everyday, it does not matter. Cartels are not one man organizations and a new leader is ready to take over as soon as they arrest another one.
