UPDATE:  2:21pm:  A jury has been seated in the forgery trial of former El Paso City Representative Rachel Quintana. Trial is expected to start shortly.

EL PASO- Former city council representative Rachel Quintana will finally face a jury in her long-standing forgery case.

Quintana's accused of forging her former boss' signature from Fed-Ex to get discounted airline tickets.
She was first charged back in 2007, but after her series of appeals to get deferred adjudication, she was denied.
She'll now face the charges Tuesday in court.
