Children in need have a newly-renovated facility to be thankful for thanks to the Junior League of El Paso.
A ribbon cutting ceremony was held Saturday to celebrate the children's playroom in the YWCA's Sara McKnight Transitional Living Center.

The activities room is a place where children from this women's shelter can have a fun easy way to engage in physical activity.

It took more than 30 women to complete the project. This will benefit all 141 residents of the Transitional Living Center.
