IHOP To Give Away Scary Face Pancakes Friday

EL PASO- IHOP is getting into the spirit of Halloween by giving away Scary Face Pancakes to kids this Friday.
Children under 12 years can recieve one scary face pancake at all IHOP locations between 7: 00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
