New options are coming to the elderly in El Paso. The Housing Authority of the City of El Paso broke ground today on the Paisano Green Community. The $10-million project will build more than 70 energy-efficient units for seniors. Federal stimulus money is paying for most of the project. The Housing Authority is the only one in Texas to receive the competitive funds.
