Highland Elem. Needs Votes to Win $50,000

LAS CRUCES – Highland Elementary school is vying for a $50,000 “Power a Bright Future” grant from Clorox to help pay for new playground equipment and needs your vote.


You can vote for Highland Elementary in the grant competition by visiting www.PowerABrightFuture.com. Type “Highland” into the “Keyword Search” box in the yellow bar near the top of the page to bring up Highland Elementary School in Las Cruces, N.M to vote online. You can also vote by sending a text message the reads “clorox3951” to phone number 441-44.


Each person is allowed to vote one per day per email. Voting continues through the end of November 2011.
Highland Elementary is competing against nearly 1,600 other schools nationwide seeking the Clorox grant in the 2011 competition. Whichever organization gets the most votes wins the $50,000. There will be two runner-up grants of $25,000 each.
