Free Meals, Items for Veterans and Active Military Today

EL PASO- Local restaurants are offering free items in honor of Veterans Day.  View the list below to see which restaurants are participating.

Applebee's - One free entrée from “favorites” section.
Krispy Kreme –One free doughnut.
Arby's -One free hot regular roast beef sandwich.
Golden Corral -One free dinner buffet and beverage
Chick-fil-A- Free Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, El Paso area restaurants. Open to everyone, including military.
7-Eleven- One free slurpee from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Also for members of military families.
Texas Roadhouse- One free lunch (choose from 10 entrees) and a free Coca-Cola product. 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Chili's – One free meal for active military and veterans.
Outback - One free Bloomin’ Onion and a drink.

Walgreens- Vets and active military will receive 15% off eligible store items adn 20% off Walgreens and W Brand products today.

Military ID required for most restaurants. Deals are based per ID.

Correction, my daughter just arrived from work, chick-fil-a and she had a difficult day because veterans wanted their free meals. The veterans were highly upset because this was inaccurate information. chick-fil-a was not giving free meals to veterans.

I'm a vet and the VA still hasn't sent me my Vet card, do you think I could get free stuff if I show my DD-214?

yes just make a copy of dd214 and take it with you,,, also do you have your temp print out from the v.a.?? if you do take that also,, most resturants will not say no with the dd214,,
