Former Ethics Chairman's Hearing Moved To New Court

An update on the ethics chairman accused of sexually assaulting a teenage relative. Today, there was a small victory for his side.

David Chavez, the former ethics chairman, has gotten his restraining order hearing moved from Judge Patricia Macias' courtroom to Judge Mike Herrera's court.

Last week, Chavez's attorney, Theresa Caballero, asked Macias to recuse herself, saying Macias could not be fair. We'll keep you updated.
