David Chavez, the former ethics chairman, has gotten his restraining order hearing moved from Judge Patricia Macias' courtroom to Judge Mike Herrera's court.

Last week, Chavez's attorney, Theresa Caballero, asked Macias to recuse herself, saying Macias could not be fair. We'll keep you updated.
