El Paso Man Arrested on Child Pornography Charges

EL PASO–FBI Agents and El Paso Police have arrested and charged an El Paso man on child pornography charges.


Carlos Gutierrez, 31, is charged with possession of child pornography with intent to promote, possession of child pornography, and seven outstanding municipal court warrants.

The investigation revealed that Gutierrez shared an electronic child pornography file over the internet. The files depicted a child younger than 18 years of age at the time the image of the child was made, who is engaging in sexual conduct. While officers and agent executed a warrant at Gutierrez’ home, they found child pornography displayed on his computer. His bonds were set at $100,000.00.

SPOTSYLVANIA, Va. A F.B.I. analyst has been sentenced to seven years in prison for having sex with a young girl in Spotsylvania County.
Forty-four-year-old Anthony John Lesko entered an Alford plea yesterday in Spotsylvania County Circuit Court to nine counts of felony indecent liberties upon a 9 year old child.
Authorities say Lesko engaged in a sex act with her nine times.

FBI Agent Pleads Guilty to Child Abuse

WASHINGTON The former chief internal watchdog at the FBI has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl and has admitted he had a history of molesting other children before he joined the bureau for what became a two-decade career.

John H. Conditt Jr., 53, who retired in 2001, was sentenced last week to 12 years in prison in Tarrant County court in Fort Worth, Texas.
