EL PASO- Larrian Daniels was found not guilty of the murder of a Chapin High student, but the same jury says he's guilty of aggravated assault.

He took part in a gang attack that killed 19-year-old Erick Lewis in 2009. We may know the jury's sentencing decision by tonight.

Nice touch, a murderer putting on the "nerd" glasses to look more harmless..... You are letting a dangerous criminal onto the streets
