Cd. Juárez, Mexico — In Juarez, the cold weather snap has claimed at least four lives.

The most recent victim is a 60-year-old man living inside an abandoned home. He died of hypothermia. The home had no insulation...no heater...and relatives say the man only only had a jacket and a few blankets to keep him warm.  they say he had been living there for about six months.
