City of Las Cruces Offices Closed for July 4

LAS CRUCES- Most City of Las Cruces offices will be closed on Monday, July 4th in observance of the Independence Day holiday. However, emergency services such as fire and police will be unaffected.

The following is a list of closures:
• All museums are closed
• Senior Programs will be closed
• All recreation centers, the Regional Recreation & Aquatic Center and Frenger Pool will be closed. However, the East Mesa Bataan Memorial Pool, Laabs Pool will be open from 12 to 3 p.m.
• RoadRUNNER Transit and Dial-a-Ride will not operate
• Branigan Library will be closed
• Solid Waste Offices will be closed, however there will be normal trash collection on Monday, July 4th
• The Foothills Landfill will be open for normal hours from 8 -4 p.m.
• The Animal Service Center of the Mesilla Valley will be open from 12 to 3 p.m.

The Las Cruces City Council will meet for its regular meeting on Tuesday, July 5th at 1:00pm inside city hall, 700 N. Main Street. The meeting will be televised live on CLC-TV Comcast Cable channel 20 and online at www.clctv.com.
