Busy Weekend for El Paso Firefighters

Sunday, March 28, 2010 - 6:22pm

A fire started at a home on Sun Valley in Northeast El Paso early Sunday morning.
Investigators say a 10-year-old boy inside the house was playing with a candle and that's what caused the fire.
Damage was minimal and it was contained to just one room.
Firefighters say the house was not equipped with a working smoke detector.
Moments after that firefighters were called out to a car fire in Central El Paso.
The damage was limited to the garage and parts of nearby home.
No one was hurt in either fire.
