Branigan Library to Begin Knitting Classes

LAS CRUCES- The City of Las Cruces Branigan Library will be holding two knitting classes for the public. The library is offering Basic Knitting for Beginners and Advanced Beginner Knitting.

The basic knitting class is designed for beginners who have never knitted before and want to learn. Students will develop a solid foundation in ten weeks. Men and women ages 18 and above are welcome.Initial supplies will be provided. Classes begin on Wednesday, January 11th and will be held from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. for ten weeks.

The advanced class is designed for those who have knitted before and want to learn to make a garment. Men and women ages 18 and above are welcome. During the class, students will be advised on what they will need to purchase. Classes start on Tuesday, January 10th from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. for ten weeks. All classes will be held at the library.
