EL PASO- A prominent local businessman accused of a deadly hit and run has been indicted by a Grand Jury.

Billy Abraham is accused of hitting and killing a man who was crossing Paisano street.

At the time, police said Abraham was driving his truck when he hit Jay Grady and then took off. Grady died from his injuries.

He has been indicted with one count of intoxicated manslaughter and one count of accident involving death.
